How TrustProfile works
Read this page before you start an enquiry. You must accept the current terms (version 2026.10.1) with email and mobile OTP before the form opens.

Enquiry, register and pay ₹15,000 + GST
Submit an OTP-verified enquiry, register, pay the evaluation fee, then upload documents.

2Days 1–20
Evaluation by advocates
Document check, preliminary analysis, and a 100% victim decision. Declined weak cases: 50% refund (₹7,500) with report.

3Days 21–45
Private hearing and written notices
The accused gets a private portal, then a 7-day notice and a final 24 hours — all in writing with delivery proof.

Settlement or publication
Settling marks the case Settled. If unsettled, a party-profile listing may go live after reviewing-SME approval. TrustProfile does not judge guilt.
TrustProfile.in Client Intake Terms (v2026.10.1)
These terms explain how TrustProfile.in (operated by Business Solutions Ecosystem) handles MSME dispute enquiries.
1. Informed entry. You must read How it works before submitting an enquiry.
2. Evaluation fee. An enrollment fee of ₹15,000 + GST is payable after registration. Declined weak cases receive a 50% refund with the evaluation report, subject to the Fee Collection Mechanism.
3. Victim-only. Cases are accepted only when advocates evaluate the client as a 100% victim.
4. Fair hearing. Evidence may be shown to the accused in a private portal. An unsettled case may be published on a party profile after notices and advocate approval.
5. No outcome guarantee. TrustProfile facilitates amicable settlement and prepares evidence. It does not judge guilt; courts do.
6. Consents. You consent to OTP-verified communications, document sharing with the accused as approved by advocates, and possible publication of verified business facts if the matter remains unsettled.
7. Logging. Acceptances record terms version, time, IP and OTP confirmation.
